Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility (7-Day Policy)

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in its original manufacturer packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation intact.
• You must present proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice).

2. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our quality inspection team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Bank Card) within 3–7 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos or video of the parcel. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
